Scouting and developing young talents

TJ Player Advice ApS is a company owned by Thomas Jørgensen. Thomas has got 8 years’ experience working as an agent. Thomas got his FIFA License in May 2024. The company is based in Silkeborg, middle of Jutland, Denmark.

The company was founded in 2017 as TJ Player Advice but changed its name in December 2023 to Kudos Sports Management Scandinavia. From 01.01.2025 the company will be TJ Player Advice ApS.

The Vision of TJ Player Advice ApS is to continue scouting and finding young talented players from mainly Africa and USA but also focusing on the Danish market of talented players. We want to give these talents the chance of Reaching their goals by helping them finding a club in Scandinavia. We have already succeeded with players like Monday Etim, Emmanuel Sabbi, Louicius Don Deedson and Richmond Gyamfi and we now got several players moving in the right direction.

Our Partnership in Accra, Ghana with FDM Field Masters SC (FDM) and in Gambia with Young Futures Football Academy (YFFA) we can offer African players a tryout in Africa to see if they match the criteria to get a contract with TJ Player Advice ApS and play in Europe. We are also helping established players by taking the next and right step in their career. Players that already are playing in the first or second league in Scandinavian football.

We already got a good relationship with clubs in Denmark and Faroe Island and will the coming year also focus at building up relationships with clubs in Sweden and Norway.

Through our international network we can offer our players the opportunity to get a club all over the world and at all levels including the absolute highest level. We use our good relationship with Stellar Group to bring our players for the top leagues and clubs in Europe.

We are sure that we in the coming years will see a growing number of players from TJ Player Advice ApS playing in the best leagues around Scandinavia and Europe starting with the transfer of Monday Etim from Hillerød Fodbold to Universitea Craiova in Romania summer 2025.
